I moved purchased my home and closed on April 7. On April 13 Carey sent me a nice nasty letter on behalf of the HOA giving me 30days to repair the sidewalk. Days after i closed on the property. I would like to know how many days did you give the previous owner? I have been trying to contact Carey since I made this post to no avail. I feel like at this point she is intentionally not available so that we can reach the 30 days and she can issue a fine which I assure you we will have a big problem.
I have also called to speak to someone in charge this last week. Which I have been informed that management is all out on leave so there is no one to speak with. Meaning no one in charge that is actually reporting to work. I would like to inform PMI that from the obvious marking throughout the neighborhood on the streets etc. Along with repaved spots throughout the neighborhood, that I am not a neglectful homeowner.
I too take pride in my home as i have for years. This is not my first rodeo. But in regards to the property it appears that the utility company came out and dug up the sidewalk for maintenance in the neighborhood. I am on the list for them to come back and repair/pave the sidewalk. I would think that you overseeing the HOA that there would be some integrity and due diligence on your part but obviously not.
It would have been nice to receive a welcome to the neighborhood packet versus the 30day notice that was issued by someone that did not do their job. Especially being that i just moved in and was able to obtain this info. Your company had access to the same company. Even more so because the utility company would have had to give notice that they would be digging.
This ordeal has caused me a great deal of emotional distress. Which should have been a joyous and happy occasion for my family was destroyed and tainted by PMI. Hopefully this helps anyone that would like to know the experience you would have with tis company. Well I have only been in my home for a month and it was made very clear to me that I am not welcome and they are there to issue baseless violations and cause stress.

I give this 1 star because of the fact they expect u to do everything to the property you are renting on & on top of that they charged you a pet fee after owning your own trailer who does that! I already put so much money out on a land that is not mine! I really shouldn't have to fix up their property! I rent the lot space not own it! I should not be treating the grass an cutting down bushes n tress that they believe were dangerous!
If they were u should have cut them down a long time ago also the pet fee should be removed poor dogs are not doing any harm to the lot an land an even if they did we have to fix it out of our own pockets anyway! Dont move to oak knoll circle park they are not fair to their residents!

Disgusting as in for 1 you're rent for spring garden estates in carlisle is way to high. You're landlords are lazy and don't have people skills. They called some tenants here certain names. 2. Can't even mow you're own lawn if you rent, which is ridiculous. 3. Can't have anything in the yards. Ie swimming pools, swing sets etc etc.

"I have lived in Roth Village for three years, things have been going well but lately it has changed. I want to move out of state and the manager told me -in a rude and threatening manner- that I will be responsible for the 10 months rent remaining in the lease. I never knew that the renewal was for a year long lease. All I thought was I renewed on a monthly basis.
It's not my fault that the company was bought by a new owner(PMI) who considered all tenants "new" ones. The problem is that when I wanted to talk to the office manager's supervisor, she always denied. Instead, she said if we don't pay the rent, she would send the case to a collection agency right away. Conversation with her has never been reasonable or quiet, but it's ok. I started already to talk a lawyer about this to see what options are. Advice :don't rent from this a company

Could I give a zero? The rep from this company, Carey is horrible. She looks for things to write people up for. She will write a neighbor up for one thing, then a next door neighbor who has the same issue does not get written up. I have not figured out if she gets paid by the violation or just wants to look busier than she is. She is horrible.if you have complaints with her please tell the company.
She shouldn't be allowed to get away with this! No Disclosure, I rarely get written up because I n will call her with a copy of our community rules in hand and call her on it!

I signed a 3rd lease. Wilshire hill property is awesome. If your looking for a single bed/ efficiency. I highly recommend. Management and maintenance are very prompt and courteous. Clean quiet and love the fact that they run background checks. No Riff Raff! . ok years later and man what a decline! Rent increases yearly. apparently more lenient on background checks. Multiple people living in a single/couple MAX apartment + children.these are efficiency apartments! Just a steady decline has been my experience.

I resided at Park Drive Apartments in Palmyra, and I've lived there for four years and haven't had any major problems during my stay. I applaud the maintenance crew for the hard work that they do around the property. If there are any problems and things need to be fixed, it may only take a few days or less before it's taken care of. They are also very friendly and I would never have a problem asking them a question if I needed an answer. I am also pleased with the rental fee; it's hard to find a nice apartment for the price I was paying.

I have been living at Timber Ridge Townhouses at Waverly for about 15 years. The PMI staff is great and the maintenance department is the best. The other day my neighbor had a problem with his A/C and called maintenance. When they came they noticed that my A/C was frozen and needed Freon. They fixed it and it works better than ever. They saw the problem before I did and fixed it. I think the number of years that I have lived here is testament of how this is a great place to live!

This is one of the largest and most trusted property management companies in the area and beyond. They manage all of my company's properties that we don't manage ourselves due to their attentive management associates and effective maintenance personnel. Their office support, procedures and processes make for efficient management in all facets of their business. I highly recommend PMI as a management firm for real estate rentals and homeowners associations.

A LITTLE GEM. After living three years in the dark, concrete city and after unsuccessfully searching for an apartment in the suburbs I found this little gem of an apartment complex hidden in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Delbrook Manor is a neat, quite complex set on several aces of grassy grounds. It was built in the 70's when communities with many buildings had some space between each other.
The grassy grounds offer a neat place for dogs to walk and kids to play. There is plenty of parking with each tenant assigned their own space. My apartment was upgraded and I moved in to a pristine living space. There was new carpeting, new cabinets, new appliance. One of he nicest places I have ever lived. The rooms are large with a homey living room space.
I have attached a picture of the bright light that enters my dining room. The price is so reasonable and you get so much for your money compared to other places I toured, that were so dumpy, and cost more. One could be happy here for a long time.
