In my seven years here I've never met someone who would even say they had a /decent/ experience with AIM much less glowingly positive. They are infamous among students and young adults for being greedy, unresponsive, generally awful. If, like me, you find yourself having to rent through them. I am so sorry. Do NOT trust the positive reviews. THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW MADE BY MOST OF THOSE POSTERS, check for yourself.

You can quickly get linked to a property. Been a bit lacky on the communication; I have to come in to get answers, I never "get a call"; but other than that, AMAZING staff. Exceptionally friendly and quick to look into things.

I was so lucky to know the Agent Austin when I bought my condo, he worked for the last owner of this condo, they're very satisfied with his work. When I moved out from MI, I gave my place to him too, he's very responsible for managing my place, got a good tenant for me. Help me a lot with the tenant. Thanks.

Any positive reviews for this company are paid for, no doubt about it. It's an awful company that exploits its landlords and tenants. They are unresponsive, untrustworthy, and unreliable. They were my property managers until my landlord ditched them because they were stealing money from him. Someone set fire to their old location, if that gives you a clue of how much disdain this company has accrued.

Have rented from AIM's for many years. problems have come up but they are always helpful. I will stay here renting until I buy something!

AIM Corp felt like having slum lords. The agent who showed us the property over promised and we ended up feeling super ripped off. Every year they will raise your rent a little bit. Despite most property managers in town being eager to drop a few bucks off if youll sign for another year. It's been a half decade since I worked with AIM corp but a few words still come to mind when describing the experience.

Low class, trashy, and rude. Will never suggest aim to another person, we left our house in amazing shape and they never sent the deposit back claiming we never paid the last months rent. A horrible horrible experience to say the least.

A.I.M. takes care of me like family. They a great management there and are always nice. And take care of needs. Without any anguish. Thank you Austin for your assistance and keeping AIM Corporation a outstanding business.

Ever since this company took over managing the apartments we live and we have not gone without the company prior was careless and did not take any initiative such as AIM does. maintenance requests are handled in more than a timely fashion as well as handled professionally the upkeep of the property has become their priority which was something that was not in past managing companies.

The office staff are incredibly friendly and they do not make you feel just like another person paying rent they listen to you and allow you to express your issues about your apartment or anything else going on in the neighborhood and they're very attentive. I am so glad to be able to work with this company. very professional
