My family rented from Sam Snead reality and the experience with their so called "property manager " was horrible. We had multiple issues that either weren't addressed or took weeks to be resolved. The grass was never mowed at a decent time. There were times that the grass was so tall we ended up with a flea infestation and I couldn't let my daughter play outside.

There was an issue with the dryer one night in the laundry room for all of the tenants. The dryer sent off an electrical spark that could've started a fire. My husband called the property manager at about 10:15pm and she said "Do not call this number again unless the building is on fire." After 3 weeks waiting on some maintenance people to fix the dryer we were told a new one needed to be ordered.

It took 3 months to get a dryer! One year in February our heat stopped working. Our daughter was a year old at the time so I needed the heat fixed in a timely matter. I contacted the property manager again and she said they'd send someone out. It took a week to get someone out there to tell me the whole system needed to be replaced. We were stuck on emergency heat which made our electric bill a lot higher the following month.

We had to wait another week before the new system was installed to have heat. Anytime I had a problem or question you could rarely get anyone on the phone, so I would have to email the property manager. She was always very short and rude in every email. Never have I encountered such unprofessionalism.

Rented here for a number of years and the experiences were extremely unprofessional, and the complex overall poorly maintained. Electrical issues caused a late night phone call to the property "manager" who advised me not to call that late again; when said issue was in a common area used by all tenants and could of started a fire. If said fire had began due to electrical issues only 3 of 5 tenants have reasonable fire escape access.

The grass is not maintained in a particular routine, only when they deemed it necessary in my observation. And when the community washer/dryer needs to be fixed or emptied it took an act of Congress to get the issues addressed. I've never submitted such a poor review for any of my experiences, but this was one that cannot be overlooked.
