Note: They do not have consumer friendly refund policy or policies in general. I booked and paid for my rental in March, for a vacation my family intended to take in July. Come May we had a scheduling conflict with our plans. I called the office, and was informed that unless they were able to fill the vacancy I would be out $847.57. Even though I was calling to cancel well in advance. Also, I did not want to stay for a week, but their weekly booking policy for properties is strictly enforced.

Which in turn made my total plus taxes that I now stand to lose much higher. Their office is difficult to reach. I had to call multiple times and leave multiple voicemails in order to book. And when I booked I asked about payment, they told me it could be made online, and then once they sent the paperwork they informed me that payment could only be made over the phone. And I had to call back again. I'd suggest booking with a company or group that has a more customer focused refund policy and responsive staff.

I have used there service for finding a vacation rental since 2015. Very nice people to deal with.

When a problem arose with the cabon we rented, they were there within half an hour to take care of it. Highly recommended in my book.

Be aware, they may try to cash your damage deposit without notice nearly three months after your stay. True story.

Wonderful company to rent from. I have been renting from them for years now and have never had a problem. They make our Girls Weekend trips worry free and if I do run into a problem I can get ahold of them. Every house I have rented from them has been exactly what we were looking for. The latest, the Brann House, was absolutely beautiful with top notch furnishings. The location was an easy short walk to area restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend Lundquist and the Brann House.
