Shady practice's by our realtor. She did everything to sabotage the sale of our house. Owner stepped in and sold it.

I am disappointed in this real estate business. I was looking to buy a double wide trailer. My fiance and I contacted Patricia Bounds about real estate. We have cash and was looking to buy. When I told her I did not want to be in a contract with a MHP to where I can not move the home at a later day she question me about my finances and asked me ( I quote)- (do you know how much it cost to move a home?) Then when I told her I do and we currently own our home, ( paid in full- no morgage or leins)she told me I was hostile and did not want my business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They are very rude from the start. I am an assertive woman who knows what I want. I'll just take my business somewhere else where I am respected. I think she was upset that I knew a lot about home buying and was mad that they couldnt take advantage of us. Please be careful doing business with this place.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Greg Johnson, and i tell you i highly recommend him hands down. We started our process way before the pandemic and the pandemic was a major set back. But he definitely did not disappoint although the process became longer for us because of changes he worked right by our side. He answered our every question and entertained our children who were always with us. He knew exactly what we were looking for and what we needed. Greg is definitely for his clients!

Frances Sterling! She made my first home buying experience such a pleasure. Her honest, professional, calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable demeanor made this process so much easier than I imagined - and we found my perfect home! Ms Lois Clohessy is the best realtor I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Her attention to details and the speed with which she took care of issues that arose during the search and purchase of my new home made me a very happy client. She was also very sensitive and considerate to the type of house I was looking for and in the end found the house that is a perfect match for me.

Real Estate Agent, Alisha Louis-Potter is simply amazing. She is professional, kind, and efficient. My husband and I set up an appointment to discuss our options of buying a home, and we were under contract in less than a week. We are now living our dream of owning a beautiful home. Alisha definitely helps make dreams come true!

What a mistake I made in choosing Nancy Ashley to sell my house! She went out of her way to please the buyer and not me, the seller that she was representing. She unethically directly spoke with the buyer numerous times, paid for ridiculous repairs that they wanted, bought the propane tank for the buyer, and had the nerve to tell me that the buyer "was getting upset" when his closing date might have to change. Nancy never disclosed to me that the buyer had been a client of her partner in the Ashley Group for over a year.

I discovered this bit of information on my own, only too late. For some reason, that I never understood, the buyers had to release her partner as their agent during the sale, so essentially they also had Nancy as their representative. She acted as a double agent which is unethical! Nancy was all about making the buyer happy while screwing me out of making the most of selling my house.

When I requested to put my house back on the market when the deal wasn't working out, she agreed but never went through with it. I could go on and on. Had I been able to fire her, I would have done it. Beware.

We are currently in the process of buying our first home and Marti Hoster has been amazing to work with throughout this entire process! She has been so attentive to all of our needs and very professional to work with! From finding us the perfect house to helping organize all the inspections and paperwork she has made this process much more tolerable! I would recommend anyone in the market looking for a house to call Marti!

Sara Pavlica has been working with us to find a small residential investment property that will be suitable for our disabled daughter. She is so well versed in the local real estate. She knows what we are looking for and has patiently provided us many options and shown us whatever we have asked to see. She is understanding of all the issues we have to consider before we commit and has not allowed that to discourage her search for just the right home. She is professional, patient, knowledgeable and honest. I HIGHLY recommend Sara and have already done so. In my opinion, she is a fabulous asset to ERA.

Marti Hoster was my realtor and she was great! She really listened to exactly what I wanted in my first home and was extremely flexible with my busy schedule. She was knowledgeable about the area and made the process simple and smooth. Whenever I had a question or concern she was a me to have an answer within hours for me! Thanks for all you did, Marti!
