Dealt with a lady on a rental, i was working and couldnt respond quick enough and she was very rude. Reality depends on customer service and i wouldnt say i was impressed with hers. We were planning on renting for a year and then buying. She could have been helping us buy a home but she had us turned off after 5 messages with her. I hope the other realtors in the office are better!
