I was ripped off! 2500$ Agent Tara set me up by giving me the contact info for her client.whom.she says was the owner of a property I was interested in making an offer on I had been pre approved thru Rocket mtg and had ample funds for down-payment and closing. This client of hers and Tara coerced me into sending a zelle payment advance deposit.this Susan kilgare is a fake and doesn't even own the house.we traveled from Tucson to see this house and we didn't even get a key or greeted by Agent.

The house was in bad shape.notblijevthe pics.apparently they've been renting it too We left the next am.very upset.wifevand I and our 15 year old felt totally dejected.lied to and ripped off I immediately contacted this Susan.who's ID is a fake too and she refused to give my 2500 $ back. In addition I paid farm and forest 1500 as a deposit.theyntoo at first ddntvwantbtonrwturn my money until I got my closing attorney involved.overall a very horrible experiebce.experience. at all costs. I filed an official complaint too with vermint board of realtors Don't think that will do much as they all are in cookouts with each other.one giant scam!

We wanted to make an offer on a lake house in Morgan, VT. The seller's broker was Steve Peacock. Even though he wasn't working for us he was very helpful and proactive in setting up a tour of the property complicated by the VT Covid quarantine requirements. Without his help we would not have been able to tour the property to make a successful offer. We highly recommend Steve and his agency and will certainly have him on our speed dial when we plan to sell someday. Great guy and terrific firm!
