I don't understand the negative reviews of SoFlo Brokers. I've been renting from them for a few years now and I've never dealt with a more fair, responsive and responsible property management. I haven't been able to negotiate absolutely everything I've wanted over the years, but these folks are the best I've dealt with in roughly 30 years of living in Miami-Dade.

Ok here it goes a fair review: I wish the government would have closed this office years ago. The owners are the worst of the worst [i should have capitalized it]. They don't pay their service providers so i leave it up to the reader for conclusions.

Horrible real estate company, not sure how they are still in business. Definitely look for another company.
