I would never recommend these people to anybody they have the rudest lady I have ever met that manages the place. I was there rearranging my storage to make room she flipped out and gave me 2 days to move my stuff. When I calmly asked her why, she yelled at me like I was a child and said I needed to have my stuff out by Thursday at 5pm do you understand me and refused to listen to anything I said. I have never been talked to or treated like the way this lady treated me in my whole life. Thumbs down the worst.

After my mother passed away, I was left trying to find a place to store her belongings until I was emotionally ready to go through her precious things with my siblings. My brother and sister don't live locally so we have had a storage unit with RAC-JAC storage for over a year now. We have ZERO complaints! All of the employees I spoke with were very kind and efficient as we set up the rental agreement and are always available if I have questions.
The unit is exactly as described. I have zero concerns about vandalism or theft thanks to the coded gate and sufficient lighting. My favorite part about this company is the flexibility in payment method. You can pay annually or monthly, in person or automatic debit from your bank account. The automatic debit is perfect for me! If you are looking for a storage unit, this is the company for you!
