Liz and Aimee are a wonderful team. I enjoyed how they provide their thoughts and ideas when looking at homes. It's easy to see that Liz has a lot of experience. I also like how they take the time to talk as if I've known them for years. Not to mention how they made sure every part of the transaction was covered such as getting insurance and utilities turned on. Thanks for all the help Liz and Aimee! Y'all are great!

These people are slum lords. I rented a property from them in the fall only to discover that the heating systems didn't work in winter and the property's temperature would rise to the low 90's in the summer. I notified the company that the HVAC system did not work over a dozen times and they refused to actually repair the system. I promptly elected to leave the premises and notified the company of same.

The company received my notice and said they were fine with my departure. Several years later they decided to evict their then current tenant and named me as a party. When I advised them that they had improperly sued me, they refused to dismiss me from the law suit or otherwise rectify their mistake. Under no circumstances should you rent from these people. In my experience, Thomas Havrilla is a scumbag.

I have used Demand for multiple purchases and/or sales over the past 20 years. They earn every bit of there fee/commissions. They have always gone over and beyond expectations. As I have for years, I highly recommend them.

Aimee Ashe was incredible! Personable and excitable and eager to find a good match for me. Realistic and honest, she would tell me the truth about the properties and did not push me in any way. She made the process easy and fun. I will definitely recommend her to others looking to purchase a home!

I have purchased a few houses in the past 15 years, and Liz and Aimee have always found the best options for me. Even when I have had a long list of "must haves" for the property (ie: off-street parking, separate office, option to rent part of the house, etc.), they have managed to work a miracle and find the perfect place for me! Our closings have all gone smoothly and professionally. The best part of working with them though is going and viewing potential properties in person with them! Wow---do they make a great team!
